There arc many places which have voted favorably. bill have not filed their applications. The state hoard cannot take net.on unless it gets the information asked for in that blank. Some places voted early as single districts and sent in their applications in accordance with such elections. Nearly all of these have since voted as "an aggregation of districts" and these complied with the law, but in some oases the amended application, has no! been filed. Please use your influence 1?> gel all of these papers correctly oiled and tiled al once. The stale board of education will probably make arrangements to receive applications after the 2011, instant, but il is highly desirable that as many reports as possible he sent in at once.
