The Farmers Oil Mi to Add Plant at
Once-Will be Installed as Soon
As Possible.
At a meeting of the directors of the
Farmers' Oil mill held last week, it
was decided to install the ice plant,
just as soon as the machinery can be
put in. This matter was practically
decided upon some weeks ago, but last
week several gentlemen interested in
the mill and in ice machinery were in
Newberry and after consultation with
President H. H. Evans and the man
ager, J. H. Wicker, it was decided to
proceed at once to the erection and
installation of the plant. Such an
enterprise is very much needed in
Newberry and we are glad that it is
Iv be built and built at once.

The 'cue was served under the
arge oak trees in Mr. Halfacre's
'ard. It was well prepared, and there
vas plenty of it. It was furnished
y Messrs. Halfacre and Kibler.
The weather was bad. The day
