To the membership of the South Car olina Division of The Farmers' Edu cational and Co-operative Union of America: All local unions in South Carolina, are called to meet at their respective places of meeting on or before July 21st for the purpose of electing idele gates to tieir county unions which are hereby called to assemble in dele .-ate form in each county oin July 2.5th at 11 a. im. Local, county and state niions are reqpiested to name their miinimuim price for their cot ton crop 1906-'07 at flhese meetings. All locals average by the counties, and counties averared up by sending in their count y reports to Ilhe state secretary, B. F. Earle, Auderson, S. C.
