Section 3. That the Town Cou
cil of said Town hereby reserv
the right to refuse or revoke ai
license for any cause which m
seem to it just.
Section 4. That any person, fit
or corporation making any false
fraudulent return, shall upon co
viction be punished. as herein afi
provided for the violation of tl
ordinance or any part thereof.
Section 5. That whenever
)this ordinance the term "dealer"
used the same shall include not or
the principal, but in his, her
their absence shall include a
agent, clerk or employee managi
