Miller, of the defunct cotton firm of Steele, Miller & Co.. of Corinth. Miss., who was arrested at Decatur. Ala., Friday, charged with using the mails to defraud, was taken to Kuntsville to arrange his bond. After his arrest Miller was allowed to attend a dance.
