Carrollton, Ala. It is in reference
to S. M. Funderburk, brother of
Mayor A. F. Funderburk of
Pageland.
"Among our callers Saturday
were Messrs. Uriah Funderburk,
of near Reform, and his cousin
S. M. Funderburk, of Birmingham.
The latter is connected
with the Birmingham Ledger,
and you don't forget it while
with him. He informed us that
he was kin of all the Funderburks
in Pickens County, not
even excepting Arnie. When
asked as to enjoyment of his
visit down this way, he stated
that he enjoyed every day of his
life to the full, no matter where
he was, and that the kind of man

brighter for the other fellow

are indeed glad to have met
him."
