The general assembly has extended
the time for the payment
of taxes without penalty for the
fiscal year 1914, until the 31st of
March, 1915, and provided that
on all taxes which shall not be
paid on or before the 31st day of
March, 1915, there shall be added
a penalty of five per cen for nonpayment.
County treasurers are directed
to issue their tax executions for
said tax assesments and penalty
against the property for the defaulting
taxpayers.
