Change in Day of Issue.
For a number of reasons
we think it best to change
the day of issue, and therefore
the Journal will be
printed on Wednesday morning
after this week and your
paper will be .just one day
later in getting to you. We
shall go to press about 7:30
o'clock on Wednesday mornings
and our forms will be
open for news until Tuesday
night. -This will give

chance to give the news
while it is news and will, we
believe, be better for all concerned.

We hope the long-snouted hyenas
who wished for a heavy
fall of snow got their fill.

When all.the folks learn that ]
a cold is just as "catching" as
mumps or measles, and that |
colds lay the foundation for ]
many of the more dangerous t
diseases, such as pneumonia, {
consumption etc., they* will be j
much more careful when they j
have colds. When they all <

'earn that one child can cause a t
whole school to take cold, that
one person will in a short time
exhale enough germs to give
every person in the room a cold,
then we will begin to shun the
fellow who comes in coughing
and wheezing, not because we
dislike him but because we don't
want his disease, for a cold is as
much a disease as small pox or
measles. Persons suffering with
cold should not go to places
where they will come in contact
with the public, and every child
who has a cold should he kept
at home until well, livery cold
