All male citizens between the
ages of 21 and 60 vears are
leemed Taxable Polls, except
hose who are maimed or for
Jther causes are incapable of
earning a support.
The law requires 50 per cent,
penalty added to taxes on property
subject to taxes and not returned
for assessment on or before
the 20th of February, 1914.
