Steam Saw and Grist Aiills, situated about
one mile East of Sumterville. The En
gine is 25 .horse power, has been in use
about three years, drives 2 upright saws,
one circular saw, and is in full operation,
with an excellent run of custom. The
mill house is a two-story substantial frame.

gear, one excellent ox-cart, mules, horse
and oven, negro houses, stables, and every
thing necessary for carrying on the busi.
