Capt. Kennedy, who possesses in.
Rexible determination, courage, and
enthusiasm, is very hopeful of suc

shown him, and which the sympathy
felt, both inl America and this COUn
try, for the success of his noble ob
ject has inspired. HeI proceeds to
Orkney probably on Thursday (to
rnorrow) to engago landsmen for the
