The admirable location of the Bradford Springi in point of health, and the character of the Teachers employed, together with the active supervision of the Board of Trustees, and the extensive influence pledged to the support of the Institute, will, at is confidently believed, at once secure for it a high reputa tion. A Visiting Committee, will be appointed by the Trustees, which will from time to time, visit the Institute, and recommend any regulations whish may conduce to the in provement, health, or comfort of the pupils; and parents are assured that no pains will be spared in the culture of mind and heart, to implant aad strengthen those principles, and form those qualities which best adorn the fe male character. The Institute will be opened under the charge of -Rev. E. CATER as Principal, with Miss E. SPAIN as Assistant Teacher, and Mrs. E. HUMMELL as Teacher of Music, French, Ornamental Needle-work, &c. The annnal term of the Tnstitute will con sist of two sessions of five months each, be ginning on the first Monday in February and ending the last Friday in November.
