Painful Accident.

Several weeks ago at the iustiga*

was arrested, charged with

ien. Perkins was not so lucky in n
getting bond and had to stay in jail.
While i;e was in jail it appears that
jis wife was alone. The latter part

and a man was seen leaving her
bouse, who was reported to have
said: "If you tell this I will kill
you.'' This man was recognized as
Thomas Brisbane, and he is now in
jail, having been arrested on Monday
morning, charged with an outrageous
assault on Ben Perkins' wife.
