The Cotton Committee of the Natipnal Farmers' Alliance at their Session in Atlanta on the 80th of September, ult, issued a Circular to Sub-Alliances in which they saj: 'Further instructions will be given the Order by the National CottonCommittee on the 26th et October through the President of each County Alliance, Wheel or Union at their County sites, where the President or Secretary of each Sub Alliance, Wheel or Uniou will meet to leceive the same." 1 It is important that each Alliance Kershaw count}' be represented at this meeting, to be held in the Court House at Camden on the 26th pf October instant James R.
