Quite a number of complaints
have reached the cars of our to wn

fault finders ami grumblers refuse
to come up and prefer charges,
against the delinquents. Council
are willing and anxious to make
every officer do his duty, but unless
they have some one to prefer charges
and produce evidence to substantiate
them, how can the delinquents be
brought up? Until these grumblers
are ready to come forward lilte men
