Two Chops.? Every town lot in
Camden can bo u.ade to produce two

A Lakoe Yield of Corn.?The following,
from the Lancaster Ledger^
shows what can be made among the
hills of Kershaw and Lancaster counties.
We agree with the Ledger that
| our young friend deserves a premium :
The largest yield of corn to ore acre of
ground that we aver heard of id this county
was made by Mr. John C. McDow, near
Liberty Hilt, on the river bottoms. One
acre measured out, by a committee appointed
for that purpose, nvuly-cigkt bushels.
Our young farmer deserves s premium.
