We were shown on yesterday bv an . amateur kitchen gardener, a well matured tomato, fresh from the vine. It is a curiosity for the season. We have been enjoying a spell of bad i weather during the past week, warm, and very wet. This is by way of a recompense for the pleasures of fine weather, and the Striae Bell Ringers the first of last week. We call attention to tho advertisements of our enterprising young merchants, and worthy fellbw-townsmen, Messrs. Kirkley k Garland.
