An Ordinance To raise supplies for the year. 1807. BE IT ORDAINED. 1>V the luteudant and Wardens of the Toxvn of Camden South Carolina, In Council Assemble"!, ami by the authority ofthcsainc: That tiie following - taxes be, and are hereby assessed for the currenty^ear. That is to say. On the value of all improved town Lot', one dollar per one hundred dollars of the assessed value of the same, and one per cent additional on ihe value (hereof for a Well tax not to exceed four dollars on any. one lot; on all sales of goods, "wares and merchandise within the said town during the year one thousand eight hundred and sixty six, ouc dollar per one hrudred dollars of iue amount thereof; on the net income on factorage, employments, faculties* and professions (including dentistry) exercised within the said town within the year last aforesaid, one dollar per one hundred dollars.
