he was raised about Stfmpterville. or Bishopville,
and was formerly the property of Bishop &
Bowen, of Sumpter t)i*t I purchased him of
Thos. l^ang, Esq., of Camden* and he has a wife
at the Saluda factory, near Columbia, his.mother
Is in Sumpterville, and he is supposed to be lurk1
ing about the above places, or Georgetown, where
i he has connexions. I will pav $30 for his deliv/
ery to me at ]*ancasterville, 5. I'., $25 if he is
; lodged in any jail so as I can get him, or the above
' reward ot $50 for his apprehension and proof to
I conviction against any responsible white person
! who may have harbored or employed him.
