The commissioned and non-commissioned officers will assemble the day previous, at their respective parade grounds, (excent the 37th regiment at Wilkins'-; they will assemble on Saturday the 3<J of August,) for drill and instruction. The Major Generals and Brigadier Generals will, with their Staffs, attend the reviews within their respective commands. The Brigadier Generals are charged with the extension of this order.
