' REMARKABLE CURE OF BRONCHITIS.
New York. Feb. 17, IS Id.
Messrs Sands:?Having suffered many years
witn a disease of my ihroat, affecting the larynx,
during which time I was treated by the n ost distinguished
phvs cians in Europe and the United
Slates, without reeling any permanent benefit,
but all the tune my general health and strength
declining, and the disease making fearful progress:
caustic applicatio - were used, and whatever else
was thought inofci efficient for producing a cure ;
but I am confident the depWable situation I was
in, the laryngitis being accompanied with phthisis
and great difficulty in breathing, would soon have
terminated my life, han I not obtained relief through
the medium of your invaluable Sarsaparilla. ?I
must say, gentlemen, when I commenced using
the Sarsaparilla 1 did not place much confidence
iu its virtues , and this will not surprise you, when
* you are informed I had tried more tha" fifty different
remedies during the past four years, without
Any success; but after taking your Sarsaparilla a
few weeks, 1 was oniigeu at last to yield tocvi(fence.

to give you this attestation of my cure.

LIVFit COMPLAINT.
The following is an extract from a letter recetvd
from Rev. William Galusha ;
Berkshire, Vt. Oct. 2*2, 1816.
Messrs. Suids : I have been afilicted with a severe
pain in my side, occasioned by a diseased liver,
for the last twenty years, suffering at times
what language cannot convey ; hut since taking
your Sarsaparilla I have been greatly relieved, so
much so that I have been able to attend to my business,
and preach occasionally, for the last eighteen
months. I wholly discarded all other medicine,
and thoroughly tried the Sarsaparilla, which
I can recommend in truth and sincerity to all those
who are in any way afflicted with any species cf
scrofulous complaints. There have been soaie remarkable
cures effected by its use in this vicin.ly.
Mrs. I. Shaw, by the use of six bottles, was resisted
to better health than she had before enjoyed fo*
ten years ; and .Mr W. Stevens, who had been so
verely afflicted with erysipelas, was entirely cur
by the use of a few bottles.

SCROFIJLUS AFFECTION OF TIIE EYE.v
South Kingston, R I., Oct. 11, 1847.
Messrs. Mauds : Gentlemen? My little daughter,
when one year old, was attacked with a scrofulous
humor on her face, which soon after extend
cd into her eyes causing almost total blindness in
one of them, and di.-figuring her whole lace. I
cnjjlwed two physicians to attend her, who exhausted
their utmost skill to give her relief, but it
all proved useless, and finally one ol them remarked
to me that he had known of some striking cures
effected by.Sands' Sarsaparilla, and advised me to
try it. I obtained one bottle, which she vommoriCed
using, and belore it was all used up it had effected
an entire cure. It is now over four years
since she was c ured, and there has been no reappearance
of t e disease, and we arc satisfied that
it is a perfect cure. It gives me L'rcat pleasure to
add that I can recommend it to every sufferer from
any similar complaint. Respectful'v yours,

We the undersigned, having visited Mr. Isaac Brooks,

one we have ever w itnessed or heard of.
Ilis disease was Scrofula, anil terrible must have been
his twelve years"conflict with the destroyer! His Palate,
the entire rocf of Ins mouth, Nose, Upper l.ip, and lower
lid of the right Eve have been destroyed, his Face nearly
oaten up. and part of tin: Jaw Hone carried away And
yet we can give no description of his case.
Mr. B. informs us that in January lust, the whole interior [
of his mouth, as well as must of his face, was a mass ol
deep and jiainful ulcers.
On the 14th of January last, he commenced taking Dr.
Cullen*s Indian Vegetable Panacea, which checked the
disease in a few days, und front thai time the cure lues progressed
without intermission.
New flesh has supplied the place of the deep ulcers, and
though badly disfigured, his face is sound and his general
healta is restored.
We are assured that in the treatmeut of Mr. Brooks'
ease ihj .Mercurials, Ointments, or Caustic application*
have It-en used.?in lact, the Panacea alone has wrought
this wonderful change.
