JEW DAVID'S OR HEBREW PLASTER
WHRRB THIS PLASTER IS APPLIED PAIN CAN-NOT
EXIST.
A gentleman in the South ot Europe, and Palestine, in
133 J near J so much said in the latter place in favor of JewDavid's
Piaster, and of the (as he considered.) miraculous
cures it had performed, that he was induced to try it on
his own person, for a Liver affection, the removal of which
had been tiie chief object of his journey, hut w hich had
cdstrd the genial influence of that balmy and delicious
clime^
lie acc ir li.ijly applied a planter on the rightxide of his
chest, wliars tae pain was seated,another between the
shoulders, and oae over the region of the liver. In the
meantime lie drank freely ofan herb tea of luxatire qual- i
tries. He soon found .is health improving, and in a lew
weeks hi* cough left him, sallowness of his skin disap- I
|>eared, his pain was removed, and Ins aealth became permanently
reinstated. (
Since that time he has been recommending it to his <
friends and acquaintances for all fixed pains whatever 1
such as Rheumatism, (Jout. Pain in the side, "hip, hack
