The undersigned respectfully inform the citizens of Kershaw and the surrounding districts that they have instituted in Camden an Infirmary for Chronic disease, where patients * ill be received on the following terms?for medical treatment, including diet, 60 cents per day; where operations re required, the usual fee will be an additional charge. And, whereas, by an Act of Congress passed and approved on the first day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety-two, it was enacted amongst olhor things, that'-Electors shall be appointed in each Slate for the election of President | and Vice President of the United Stales within thirty four days preceding the first Wednesday in December one thousand seven hundred and ni.iely-two, and with, in thirty four days of the first Wednesday in every fourth year succeeding the last election," "and that the Electors shall meet and give their votes on the first said Wcdnc*day in December at such place in each Slate us shall lie directed by the Legislature thereof."
