Quick Woinc.-Mr. W. if. Culvert with
his workmen covered the roof ot the
new cotton house of J. G. Nichols & Co.,
ou St. Helena Island, with tin in four
hours and a half. This building is 32
ieet wide by 02 feet long, and two stories
high. All the wood work inside is planed
to prevent the cotton sticking to the
walls and ceiling and will be ready foi
occupancygnext week. Those in need oi
tin-roofing will do well to give Calvert
a job as his work is done quickly, well,
and will be found durable.
