Civil Bights Again.? Mr. Owens the

fear of the Civil Bights Bill before bis
eyes, n fused to serve His Honor.
The Judge, as soon as he arrived in
town, bad a warrant issued for Owens arrest,
who gave bonds for liis appearauce
at the nvxt turn of court. The Judge is
certainly not appreciated in this part of
the state, as'tho last time he'visitcd Beaufort
the conductor on the 8. A C. K. K.
made hiai pay his fare notwithstanding
