inviting prisons under the ago of eighteen
years, and persons not liable to eoiiseripiion, to join
a company for serviee beyond the limits of t his State,
said order is hereby reiterated, with tin- addition, that
no person under the age of eighteen years, and no person
not liable to conscription under the Acts ol Congress.
