INFORMATION HAYING BEEN RECEIVED by the authorities, that certain parties are in the habit of injuring, and defacing ornamental and shade trees, on the public squares and streets of the Town, by stripping them of bark, tomak dye stuffs. This is to give warning that all persons found guilty of this misdemeanor, shall be prosecuted to the utmost extent of the law, and a reward of Five Dollars will be paid, to any one giving such information as will lead to the conviction of the offender.
