The disease seems to linger It ii dying'out, but it dies hard. Affairs in Wilmington.?We see no further mention of the yellow fever in Wilming ton, and presume that it has disappeared. Gen. Whiting has assumed (fommand of the defences of the Cape Fear Biver. Two nogros, belonging to the schooner, hav( ing gone to the Yankees, were taken at the I same time* The prisoners were brought in here yesterday, in charge of a guard under I command of Lieut. C. W. McClammy, and M carried before Gen. Whiting. The Yankees were ordered to be sent to Richmond this I morning.
