about 600 acres, one half undor cultivation; 100 acres
of fine bottom land on the waters of Grany's
Quarter and Flat Rock creeks. The balanoe is well '
timbered, a good dwelling-house, containing six rooms, :
piazza on both sides, cotton gin and screw; the gin on a 11
never failing stream of water, sufficient to run any
kind of a mill or factory, negro honses sufficient for 60
or 60 negros; kitchens, stables, barns, and all other
necessary out-buildings. The corn, fodder, stock of
mules, cattlei hogs and plantation utensils, will be sold
with land, if desired,
