Moses, Jr., Special Private Secretary of the Governor, be excused from further duty as Secretary of the Executive Council, and l>e remitted to the duties of his original oflice, as contemplated by the Legislature when his salary was fixed bylaw. Rcsolvci/, That Colonel Moses be instructed to deliver the minutes of the proceedings of the Governor and Council, and all papers tiled or in his possession appertaining to them,^ to B. F.
