to be given immediately to the holdnra of the
unendorsed Bonds and Coupoua of Company
due, and falling due; that utw Bonds, secured
by a second mortgage of the property of Company,
will be issued as soon as tliev can be
prepared, and exchanged with the folders of
said Bonds and Coupons, including tb< accumulated
interest on Bonds past due; and that
notice of demand and refusal be, and ie hereby
waived."
Resolved, That the Bonds of the second
j mortgage be exchanged for Coupons dua. both
upon the guaranteed Bonds and|upon the mortgage
Bonds of the road, to July, 1866, inclusive."
