AT a meeting of the Directors of the Greenville nnd Columbia Railroad Company, held at Newberry, March 1, i860, the following preamble, and resolution were adopted : "Whereas the Legislature at its last session passed an Act authorizing the Greenville nnd Columdia Railroad Company to create a lien on their property and funds, for the sum of four hondred thousand dollars, for tho purpose of reconstructing such portion of their road between Frog Level and Columbia as they should deem necessary, which should have priority over any lien in favor of the State, provided the consent of the holders of the unendorsed bonds be first obtained theretor: Therefore, "Iletolvcd, That the holders of the unendorsed bonds of the company be invited to meet the Directors in person, or by proxy, at Columbia, on Wednesday before the first Monday in May next, for the purpose of considcriug that question."
