It iB an ascertained fact that there is surplus corn enough to support our armies until the new crop is gathered, but it is slso certain that there is uo more. If there was snough in Virginia and North Carolina, South Caroliua would not be asked to help, but she is aslced and earnestly too; to do what she can for us.
