; Leather-, Shoes, limits, Salt, Copporas, Spirituous
Liquors, Tcrcbene Oil, ntid Turpentine, to deliver, -to
the Board, or any mem her -thereof or to the Treasurer,
on or before the 1st of February next, a statement in
wriiing, under oath, setting forth such and so aiany of
the above articles as were manufactured by them in the
year eight hundred and sixtj'-four; and to deliver to
the said Board or their officer in Camden, on or before

three per cext. of all manufactures embraced ia their

from military service, these duties should engage
exclusive attention of those entrusted with them; aud
