against the Defendant, who, it is raid,

of the said Declaration might be served: It
in therefore ordered that the Raid Defendant
do appear and plead to the naid Declaration
on or before the 10/A (lay of Fdntary, which
will he in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and seventy, otherwise final
and absolute judgment will then be given
and awarded against him.
