Commander-in-Chief, all persons liable to milJury
doty within this State, who are not already

passage of this Act, and from time to tim*

distinctly specify the names and residences of

Clerk of the Courts of Record in-the County
and of-tha Adjutant General that fuch

day of February in each year in which uch
enrollment shall be made: Provid?d, That tha
Commander-in-Chief may, if he deem it necessary,
aalcad the term of completing the first
enrollment undor'tbis 'Act, not to exceed twenty
days, and authorise payment for tha tame,
as baroinbafora specified and set forth.
8rc. 8. That all persona duly aaroliad, who
shall naglaet to attend tha mnsters and drills
provided for in this Act, except in cases of
sickness, shall be subject to a fine of one dollar
for each day so neglecting, wbioh, if not
paid to tha County Treasurer on or before tba
fifteenth day of Issck next -ensuing, shall be
collected by tbe collector or receiver ot taxes
Mho city or Conaty in which tbo -person so
neglecting Is enrolled ; and tbe Board of County
Commissioners, at their annaal meetings,
are authorised and greeted to annox a list of
tbe several delinquents, with tha fines set opposite
their respeeiivo names, to tha assessment

shall direct tbe collector or receiver of taxes to
collect tbe amount from avory person appearling,
by tha said assessment roll, liable to pay

are collected j the same to bo paid to tha County
Treasurer. And when the name of any person
between the agea of eighteen and twentyone
