observed that the University, as now organised,
is the legal representative ol the four medical
colleges that it has absorbed. It is a liberal

nor attached to any medical cliquebut embraces
in its teachings evorythiug of valuo to

the finest in the city. Its front is collegiate

stone, ornnmented by two towers, rising to
the elevation of eighty feet, and cfowuod with
an embattled parapet. Tho building contains
botween fifty and sixty rooms, all supplied
with rfatcr, gas, nnd every othor convenience
iubi modern improvement can contribute to
facilitate medical instruction. Only tire hundred
scholarships will be issued, and at two
