Legislature of Deoember 20, I860, for their
Bonds and Coupons past due, secured by a
mortgage commonly known is tbe "first mwrt8*gc-"

Also, for their Bonds, ana tbe Coup6nh nbt
them that may be due, endorsed by the State
under tbe Aot of the Legislature of January
28, 1861, which are headed "Confederate Bti'tefe
of America."
Also, for their Bonds and CoApofil paAt lAtte,
known as "Non-Mortgage Bonds," at otfe for
three, as provided for in said Aet 6f December
20, 1866. Holders
of "Non-Mortgsge Bendh ing Coupons"
past due, who perfer it wdl be allowed to
take for them, in exchange, the Bonds and Certificates
of ludebtednes- oflhe Company, scoured
by a second mortgage, at par.
Bonds and Certificates of Indebtedness, secured
by a Second taottgage, will also be tendered
to all parties baking any other class of
claims against the Company, in payment.
