known within the same, upon whom a copy
of the said Declaration might be served: It
is therefore ordered thst the said Defendant
do appear and plead to the said Declalaration
on or before the 17th November,
which will be in the year of our Lord, one
thousand eight hundred and sixty seven,
otherwise final and absolute judgment will
then be given and awarded against him.
