reside beyond this State. It is ordered
that they do appear at a Court of Ordinary,
to be holden at Greenville Court Housed on
Wtdneeday, the 8ih day of May next, at 10
o'clock, A. M.i to show cause, if aoy thsy
can, why the Sale Bill of the Estate of
MAUTHA HAWKINS, deceased, should0
not be revised, by introducing for that purpose,
to ascertain the true value of the articles
sold, and a final settlement of the
raid Estate be made on that dfcy; and on
failure of parties to appear in hereon or by
attorney, their consents will V>e taken as
confessed.
