Section 5th. That the annual Tax for Road
and Street Kxemptions, for the current year,
shall he the suin of two dollars, to be paid Ly
the first day of March next.
Patrol Exemptions.
Section fitb. That the sum of two dollars and
fifty cents be, and is hereby ordered to l?e paid
by each and every person liable to perform
patrol duty for the year ending the first day
of October, 1861, payable to the Town Olerk
on or before the fifteenth day of October inst.
Itinerant Traders and Auctioneers.
Section 7th. Re it further ordained,that a Tax
of $15 per day be paid by any itinerant trader
or auctioneer offering for sale, within the town j
of (Ircenville, any description of goods, wares
or merchandise, by auction orotherwiso, to be
paid daily in advanee; and any itinerant trader
or auctioneer so offering for sale any goods,
wares or mcrchandixo, at auction or otherwise,
without previously paying such daily tax, shall
*<0 fined $50 for each day they may so offend.
(This section is not intended toineludo the ordinary
dealers ingrain, fruit,potatoes,tobacco,
iron ware, earthenware, or other produce or
manufactures of the like character.) All ordinances,.or
parts of ordinnnccs, rcnuirnnnt to
this scrtior arc hereby repealed.
