Tlie Numbers front 1 to 60,000, corresponding
with those Numbers on the Tickets printed on
, separate slip# of pnner, are encircled with small
. tin tubes and placed in one wheel.
The first 457 Prizes, similarly printed and encircled,
are placed in another wheel.
* The wheels nre then revolved, and a number
' is drawn front the wheel of N nbers, and, at
i the same time, a Prize is drawn from the other
r wheel. The Number and Prize drawn out arc
opened and exhibited to Lho audience, and registered
by the Commissioners; the Prize being
placed against the Number drawn. This opera'

all the Ticket*, where the number ends in 1, will
' be entitled to $20. If the Number ends with
No. 2, then all the Tickets, where the Number
ends in 2, will be entitled to $20, and so on to 0.
