PLAN OF THE LOTTERY.
The Numbers from 1 to 60,000, corresponding
ivith those Numbers on the Tickets printed on
icpnrntc slips of paper, arc encircled with small
.in tnbes and placed in one wheel.
The first 457 Prizes, similarly printed and ensircled,
are placed in another wheel.
The wheels arc then revolved, and n number
s drawn from the wheel of Numbers, and, at
he same time, a Prize is drawn from the other
vlicel. The Number and Prize drawn out are
pened and exhibited to the audience, and rcg
stored by the Commissioners; the Prize being
placed against the Number drawn. This operation
is repented until nil the prizes are drawn
