The wheels are then revolved, and a number
is drawn from the wheel of Numbers, und, at
the same time, a Prize is drawn from the other
wheel. The Number and Prize drawn out are *
opened and exhibited to the audience, and reg
istcred by the Commissioners; the Prize being
placed against the Number drawn. This operation
is repeated until all the prizes are drawn
