The voung ladies of the Female College, and of the village generally, who desire to participate in tho exercises of the occasion, K are requeatod to assemble at the Female Collego at 10 o'clock, A. from whence they will be escorted in procession by the Butler Guards and the University Riflemen to the New Court lWuse, where the ceremonies of Coronation will be performed, and several addresses, appropriate to the fete, w ill be delivered. The Greenville Band have kindly consented to assist in the lestivities of the day. April 19 , 49 8 AN ORDINANCE, For the Regulation of the Market. SECTION1 I. Be it orduined by tho Tntendant nnd Wardens of the Town of Greenville in Council assembled. That from and after the |u?*sing of this Ordinance, the front pnrt of the hnso ment story of the present market house shall bo kept, as heretofore, principally as a flesh market; and the rear of the same for the rule of poultry, fish, vegetables, butter, eggs, do. Hfcc. 2. Be it further ordained, That the stalls in the front market shall be rented ut 10 dollars per annum, payable in advance. Sec. 8. Be it further ordained. M., and from the 20th Sep teinher to the 20th March until 10 o'clock, A. M., and on every Saturday night it sliall he lighted up from dark until the ringing of the hell. Sko. 5. Be it further ordained, That no person shall be permitted to monopolize the stalls or stands: Provided, That this shall not be construed to prohibit any jierson occupying a stall or stand from renting n vacant stall or stand, when there shall be no other applicant for the same.
