Stale, and has neither wife nor Attorney known
within tliv same, upon whom a copy of the 'said
declaration might lip served. It is therefore ordered,
that the said Defendant do appear and
plead to the said declaration, on or before the
fust day of November, which will lie ill the year
of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and
Fifty-Right, otherwise final and absolute Judgment
will thou be given and awarded against
