two Writs of Cnpicu ad Saliifaeiendum, at the
suit of Sidney S. Boyce, having tiled in my Office,
together with ft Schedule ou oath, of his
estate and effects, his petition to the Court of
Common Pleas, praying that he may be admitted
to the benefit of the Acta of the Qeneral Assembly,
made for the relief of Insolvent debtors.
It is Ordered, Tliut the said Sidney S. Boyce,
and nil other creditors to whom the said John
Logue is in any wise indebted, be, and they are
hereby summonsed, and have notice to appear
before the said Court oil Wednesday after the
