ter and amendment* to tho Bye Lawn, finds that
tho annual meeting of the 8tockhold?ni can only
regularly take place on the Wednesday after the
3d Monday in July. This, however inconvenient
to him. makes it necessary te revoke the appointment
made for the 2d Wednoeday in July. The
Stockholders meeting will bo held in the Company's
Depot, in the 'I own.of Newberry, on Wednesday,
16th July, at 12 o'clock, m.
The Board of Directors will meet on tho some
day, at 10 o'clock, a. m. insteud of Tuesduy, 8th,
