He has also the courage of conviction,

English is pure and classical and his
power of illustration most happy. Ho
belongs somewhat to the advanced sohool
of theology,* although purely orthodox
in many of the ideas of tho Fathers.

bo read by our Southern people with un

remainder leave this matter to their dele*
gates, or express no opinion. It ib diffioult
