desires to redeem any Heal Kstato now "for
feited ' to or "purchased by" the Stale for
any taxes prior to this date.
Any party desiring to redeem any land.

for all State and County TV in detail, ahuw- i

The taxpayers, not being in possession of
any record of the amount, can only obtain
same from your office, ami yuu are request
ed to give as much publicity to the provis
ions <>f this Act as you can conveniently, |
without expense, and to aid any taxpayer or
his a^cnt in the perfection of his application. '
All lists, of "Forfeited Lands" in your
county, now in this office, stand as a charge '
against your County Treasurer, and any
application made to you as above, you are
directed to forward, postage paid, with
stamps for return mail, and if found correct
will be approved and the amount paid will
be credited to your Treasurer.
You arc requested to give your Treasurer
h copy of this circular, also sent by this
mail, and direct him not to receive any pay
ments for the redemption of any lands "for
feited" to, or 'purchased by' the State, ex.
ccpt on the application above named, with

If the lands are forfeited for taxes of more
than one year, you will furnish an applica
tion for and covering the amounts of each
yenr the taxes are unpaid.
